- Log in as a teacher to FocalPoint Access Cloud.
- From the left side of the page, under the "Learning" menu, select the "Instruct". Then, choose the Course Community to select the course or class to which you want to assign the test.
- Navigate to the "Learning" section after selecting the course.
- Click on the three dots next to the course section and select "Add Activity." and select assessment type as "assessment".
- Search for the test and it will direct you to the resources section where you or your organization has created the test. Give a click on plus symbol to add the test. Provide the title, start date, due date, and a description or comment in the corresponding fields. The title and description/comments you enter will be visible to students in the virtual classroom. You can edit this information at any time, so if you need to adjust the start or due date, you can do so easily and click on save.
- Note: The "Due Date" you select will determine the filter under which your test appears in the "Activities" section once created. Using the same "Start Date" and "Due Date" will cause your test to appear only under the "Today" filter.
- Go to learning tab under the course. You will now be able to find the quiz which you have added.
- Toggle the switch next to the quiz to publish the test. Once published, students will be able to see the quiz in their Assessments.
- Click the three dots next to the test and select "Progress." and activate the test status.
- Once test is activated student can launch the quiz.
