• Log in to the FocalPoint Assessment center platform.
• On the left-hand side of the page, under the "Resources" menu, click on Tests. 

• Organization Tests - Tests that have been shared across the district or organization, and also provider tests.
• My Tests - Tests that the user has created.
• My Organization Shared - Tests that the user has created and shared across the district or organization.
• My Shared Tests - Tests that the user has created and shared with (an) individual user(s).
• Tests Shared to me - Tests that were shared to the user, by another user.
• Using the search bar.
• Entering text into the search bar and selecting 'Go' will pull all tests that contain the searched words.

• To search for a specific test, enter the title in double quotation marks ("").

• To clear the search, select 'Clear'.

Using filters :

• To select a filter, click the desired filter, and then select the correct field to apply the filter. Multiple filters can be applied to narrow down the search. To cancel filters, select the 'x' next to a selected filter.

Changing the Sort Order:

• Click on the drop down and you will find the sort options.

• • A-Z Order - Sorts tests by alphabetical order, starting with A.
  • Z-A Order - Sorts tests by alphabetical order, starting with Z.
  • Newest First - The default sort order, sorts tests by newest created first.
  • Oldest First - Sorts tests by oldest created first.
