- Once logged in, from the left menu, go to Resources section and select 'Questions'.
- In order to search for a question, users have a variety of options.
- You can find questions organized under three different tabs.
Organization Questions - Questions that have been shared across the district or organization, as well as provider questions.
My Questions - Questions that have been created by the user.
My Shared Questions - Questions created by the user and marked as 'Public' to be shared with all users in the district or organization.
- Using the search bar.
- Typing text into the search bar and selecting 'Go' will display all questions that include the searched words.
- NOTE: This will also search for any bold words and display results for both the title and the question.
- To search for a specific question or question title, enclose the title in double quotation marks ("").
- NOTE: Using quotation marks will not search for bold words within the question.
- To clear the search, select 'Clear'.
- Using filters.
- To apply a filter, click the desired filter and choose the appropriate field. You can apply multiple filters to refine your search. To remove a filter, click the 'x' next to the selected filter.
- Changing the Sort Order.
- Click on the drop down to view the order list.
- A-Z Order - Sorts questions by alphabetical order, starting with A.
- Z-A Order - Sorts questions by alphabetical order, starting with Z.
- Newest First - The default sort order, sorts questions by newest created first.
- Oldest First - Sorts questions by oldest created first.
- Click on the drop down to view the order list.
