Supported Accessibility Features

FocalPoint supports a variety of accessibility tools and features, including:

  • Text-to-Speech: Integrated text-to-speech functionality for assessments.
  • Magnification Software: Full compatibility with standard magnification tools.
  • Speech-to-Text: Allows students to respond using voice dictation.
  • Color Contrast & Font Adjustments: Adjustable display settings to enhance readability.

Setting Up Accessibility Features

  1. Access Device Settings:
    • Windows: Navigate to Settings > Ease of Access.
    • macOS: Go to System Preferences > Accessibility.
    • Chromebook: Adjust via Settings > Advanced > Accessibility.
    • iPad: Modify settings through Settings > Accessibility.
  2. Configure the Required Tools:
    • Enable the necessary tools such as magnification, text-to-speech, or screen readers based on individual needs.
