• Log in to the Focal Point Access Cloud platform as a teacher.
• On the left-hand side of the page, under the "Learning Tree" menu, click on Instruct. Next, select Course Community and choose the course.

• Click on Learning tab inside the course.

• Select the progress tab by clicking on 3 dots next to the test name. 

• Click on the three dots next to each student’s name, then select the Test Accommodations tab. From there, activate the Extended Time toggle.

Note:

If the teacher has set the test duration to 60 minutes and later wants to extend the time, they can activate the Extended Time toggle under Test Accommodations for the student. When this option is enabled, half of the original time set by the teacher will be automatically added to the test duration.

For example:

• If the test is set for 60 minutes, an additional 30 minutes will be added (total 90 minutes).

• If the test is set for 90 minutes, an additional 45 minutes will be added (total 135 minutes).
