If you are experiencing issues with the platform and the customer support has asked you to clear cookies, here are the instructions to clear your cookies. 

Google Chrome

1. Open Chrome.

2. Click the three dots (⋮) at the top-right corner → Settings.

3. Go to Privacy and security → Clear browsing data.

4. Select the “Cookies and other site data” checkbox.

5. (Optional) You can also select Cached images and files.

6. Choose a Time range (e.g., “All time” to remove everything).

7. Click Clear data.

Mozilla Firefox

1. Click the three lines (☰) menu → Settings.

2. Select Privacy & Security.

3. Scroll to Cookies and Site Data → Click Clear Data….

4. Check Cookies and Site Data, then click Clear.

Microsoft Edge

1. Click the three dots (⋯) → Settings.

2. Go to Privacy, search, and services.

3. Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear.

4. Select Cookies and other site data.

5. Choose a Time range, then click Clear now.

Safari (Mac)

1. Open Safari.

2. In the top menu, click Safari → Preferences (or Settings).

3. Go to the Privacy tab.

4. Click Manage Website Data…, then select Remove All.
